1. No Refunds

All sales are final. Once your order is placed, we do not offer refunds for any reason, including:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect product selection
• Dissatisfaction with the product

2. No Exchanges

We do not allow exchanges on any items sold. Please ensure you are certain of your selections before finalizing your purchase.

3. Specific Item Policy

There are no returns, refunds, or exchanges on the following items:

• Hair purchases (including lace closures & frontals, bundles & wigs)
• Jewelry purchases (including necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings & anklets)
• Digital products

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will evaluate the case based on the circumstances; however, our overall policy remains no refunds or exchanges.
